Nightmare
I have lived here for over 6 months and it is a nightmare. The first 3 months I didn’t have hot water. Put in service call about 10 times and would just get a response that it was complete. Would call repeatedly and kept being told it was taken care of when it wasn’t. Instead of just telling that they had a bigger issue. They didn’t update me and finally a nice young lady let me know what was happening and the furnace was having issues and they were having a tough time getting a part. She was... shocked I wasn’t informed and was apologetic. Everyone else wouldn’t even apologize or let me know what was going on. They would respond like i was doing something wrong and complaining about nothing. “Oh you just have to let the water run longer”. Asked to check it next time they supposedly fix it get response “oh they always do and it is the adequate temperature maybe just not the temperature you are looking for”. Yeah I actually got that response. Yet the water never even got a little warm. I would literally have to boil water to do dishes and take cold showers when it was like 30 degrees outside. The water is better now but still not great. After running the water for like 5 mins I can take a hot shower. Water still doesn’t get hot enough to do dishes, still heating up water to add to sink water. I gave up on trying to get them to fix it months ago.
Now I have new neighbors above me and I get woken up at all hours of the night. Can hear them walking around constantly as they seem to be on opposite schedule of me and are night owls.
Maybe the newer apartments have better insulation but I hear every footstep in mine. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.
The bright spot is Kathy and the young lady I didn’t get her name.
It’s a shame because the location is nice and the apartment is the perfect size.
