The Quest

Quest is a deeply disappointing experience, priced for premium living but built with the cheapest materials possible. The walls and floors are paper-thin; you will hear everything your neighbors are doing—and I mean everything. The internal doors are all spring-loaded and slam with a shocking impact, meaning you hear a constant, jarring BANG every time someone comes or goes. This is not a peaceful home; it's a glorified noise chamber. The non-stop false fire alarms are a public safety joke. They... go off multiple times a month creating a "cry wolf" scenario. The last one was Sunday morning at 2 am on 10/26/25. The management seems unable or unwilling to fix the sensitive sensors, and residents now rightfully ignore them, creating a dangerous situation for everyone. The elevators have been broken for over a month. We booked the clubhouse for our event apending over $300 sent to greystar just so that we were forced to walk all the way to the other side of the building for the elevators. Lee mas

I will recommend Quest to anyone. The staff are wonderful. It is such a great feeling to know you are safe where you live and that’s my top reason I have stayed. I thoroughly enjoyed living here. Thanks for having me. I wish yall all the best

Last month my husband and I were looking for a smaller apartment. A coworker told me she lives at Quest apartments. She told me to go and see the place. She told me nothing but great things about Quest. When my husband and I got there, Jennifer greeted us. She was very kind and patient with us. She gave us what we were looking for. I felt bad calling her with questions, but she understood and was attentive to our needs. I am glad to say that we move in December.
I was added to the resident app... and as I was scrolling and looking through it I am very happy to be a part of the Quest community. Our dog will love this place. Lee mas

A very safe and cozy apartment living. Close to all necessities around the location such as groceries, restaurants, libraries, court,police stations and the new library near bell district.

I’m never there because I’m always out of town for work, but my chief complaint is that when the elevator works have the time it smells like body odor, so maybe make a rule requiring a shower and deodorant before using the elevator, also no wipes in the gym sometimes
