Went to view apartment for my next place to call home. Manager on site gave me his undivided attention and was will to go the extra mile to make sure I was leading in the right direction. Many other places never made me feel like I was walking into a environment that I would like to call home

I've lived here for years, and though the property has changed hands a time or two, the people who live here are wonderful and the staff has always been responsive and friendly. Pricier than some, but well worth the cost and positioned within easy reach of several restaurants and shops.

I have lived here for a year and this complex has gone through some changes in management, maintenance, and leadership. The current management is enthusiastic about finding solutions and eager for progress. The apartments are large and roomy, the property is well established and lush in vegetation. Fruit trees make it feel like home. I have never found it difficult to find a listening ear in the staff. When requesting maintenance, response is prompt and polite. The pet policy is generous and... accommodating of our furry family and friends.
Located in the heart of Corpus Christi, there is easy access to amenities and public transportation. Billing for rent and utilities is combined and convenient, hassle-free, not requiring utility deposits. Both family-friendly and pet-friendly, this apartment complex is a great place to come home.
