If your looking for a place on the island to relax, enjoy life, listen to your music, have an all round good time, don't stay here!!!!! The board of directors/HOA/anyone over 70 are constantly making new rules to make your time on the island miserable. No music above "I can barely hear it" level, must smoke in the parking lot only(tacky), Make sure not to talk where anyone can hear you. Constant complaining about EVERYTHING. If your under 70 the senior citizens stare you down like a hawk to... make sure you aren't breathing too loud. Im 50 and have been here over 2 years and I, along with everyone under 70 that lives here, are fed up. im out of here at the end of my lease!!!!! This is supposed to be island living, not a place you feel like your still living with mommy and daddy!! Lee mas
