No mail or packages unless pre-approved. A $250 fee applies for smoking or drug use inside the apartment. No parties or loud noise are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Pets are not allowed unless special permissions are granted, with a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived by the owner in writing. A $500 penalty applies for smoking inside the unit, and unauthorized parties incur a $250 charge. Guests are responsible for cleaning used towels and bed sheets, and excessive cleaning may incur additional fees. Guests have full access to the kitchen and appliances, and are responsible for any damages. Linen and towels should not be used for makeup or anything that causes permanent stains, with damaged items charged back to the guest.
