Cedar Lodge Apartments

The apartment manager was slow to respond to calls and voicemails. I left two or three voicemails asking for someone to call and I received a call weeks later. Then, the apartment manager insisted that I tour the apartment complex the same day, which was highly inconsiderate. Even so, after rearranging my schedule to meet with him for the tour, he did not have an application I could take with me and insisted that I "text" him for it. After numerous (4 ) messages, he finally got around to... emailing the application. After returning it with the app fee (plus extra), I basically never received a call back from the apartment manager. It has been two & one half months with no written or verbal confirmation or denial. But essentially the non response counts as a denial. It is a crumy feeling for me to encounter such challenges in this situation alone while looking for suitable housing. Perhaps my difficulties will enlighten others who are seeking affordable housing options. Lee mas

Leasing firm is always trying to up-sell to other Properties that you did not Inquire for When you are Insisting they hang-up on you........That happened to me Twice and definitely not an Accident but Intentional........A lousy leasing company you do not want to deal with in the Future,as a resident...........I wonder if the Property owner is notified about this situation...?

I moved out in April and still haven't gotten my deposit back! I call and email and drop by all the time, but I can't get ahold of anyone. I've called his cell and the office, but never get a reply. My apartment was in better condition moving out than it was when I moved in, but he won't tell me why my deposit hasn't been returned.

Once I saw this apartment, I knew I'd never find a better deal. It's a single occupancy efficiency, but I can fit my whole queen sized bedroom set, a kitchen table & chairs and a recliner in the space. There's even a nice pool at the community & I'm close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The office staff is friendly & easy to work with, too, so this was a no brainer for me.
