St Moritz

I love the area. The apartments are nice. I don't know if it's just my building but you can hear everything between floors 2 and 3 but not 1 and 2. Very interesting. The noise level has gotten out of control, I work from home and it's just one project to the next and when there isn't a project the people keeping the grounds nice are out there all day and they start early. I was considering moving into a 3/2, I've outgrown the 2/2 but the floor plan is strange and not to my liking..

I've lived in this community for 2 years. Its been a wonderful experience. Security and response time to issues are top notch. A big thank you.

We are so excited about our move. Avaria made the leasing process very pleasant. It feels very safe here. We are enjoying our new home and haven’t had any concerns.

Happy with the building improvements, with the smart thermostat and all the upgrades in our apartments. I feel safe in this community that has been home for 7 years. Love the activities to bring neighbors together with yummy food and activities. The staff is very creative and friendly as well as our heroes the maintenance guys that work super fast and efficiently. Glad to live here??.

Quiet, family friendly apartments with clean gym and pools. Have had to have maintenance out a few times but they have always been fantastic. Only downside is there is unleveling pretty bad in my apartment and was welcomed with a pest infestation that took a few months to remedy.
