Great community and great staff, would recommend to anyone who is moving to Dallas. Maintenance staff is great. The community is clean and quiet.

St. Moritz has been a pretty easy adjustment for our family. My kids love walking around the community and riding their bikes. They say hi to everyone who walks by! The staff has been wonderful thus far and we look forward to our time here. We have found several issues with our apartment but the maintenance team have been great to knock those things out. The only other issue I have seen is people from other buildings are parking in front of our building so it leaves us with no spots to park. I... understand that will change when construction gets finished. I also wish there was a dedicated dog park or playground. That would be amazing. I definitely recommend St. Moritz to anyone looking for more bang for your buck in the Dallas area!

Maintenance timely and qualified,
And grounds well cared for. Office staff trained, responsive, and pleasant. Holiday celebrations is a nice touch. Gym has a wide assortment of updated equipment.

St. Moritz is a beautiful property. It's well maintained and in a good location. The entire staff (office and maintenance) are wonderful and always professional and quick to help with anything. Great facilities, upgrades happen regularly. Staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Community is nice and neighbors are typically friendly. Parking is limited for guests or if you have a 2nd car but manageable.
