The East Fort Worth area is more diverse than other neighborhoods within the city, in large part because it stretches out through the mid-cities, almost to the Irving and Grapevine areas. From the outer east portion of the city, residents have access to Lake Arlington, numerous major roadways and a wide stretch of the Trinity River. Additionally, residents can access the downtown area of the city in under 20 minutes from most locations within the outer East Fort Worth neighborhood.

Best apartments in Fort Worth so far
A nice place to live honestly . The management is doing a good job. The community is close to the freeways and shops around . I love living here it’s peaceful and very attentive

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE
The absolute worst place to live. Roaches literally overrun this place it needs to be condemned.
Crime is rampant
You can never get pest control here
The work orders are never done until weeks later
We've had a fire hazard for months.
Mold is taking over my kitchen
I can't turn on a light without roaches running wild.
Please do not move to this apartment. I can add photos if and videos if you want to see them

Worst apartments don’t let them trick you with “luxury living” nothing luxury about it.
If I could give y’all 0 stars I would! Worst complex ever!!!!!! Second lease with them we’ve had 5 different managers in the time I’ve been here. Maintenance never gets done, I’ve personally put it in work orders for my not finished unit that I moved into in November, they have yet to come and fix anything and even step foot in my unit. They will be quick to add charges but can’t do what they’re supposed to! They charge $25 for “valet trash” that barely gets done. The inventory that I did on my... unit got canceled on my resident portal very unprofessional!!

Trash
When i moved in 10 months ago it was a 3 now less than 1. We've had 3 different managers since. Joanne by far the worse. She is very rude and text foolishness instead of calling to conduct business. As i was speaking to her she hung up in my face as I asked for corporates number. The apartments have an infestation of flies swarming from trash that dont get taken away fast enough. Maintenance is lazy! Move in if you have to but don't stay long.

So good so far
I moves in this year and so far have not had any major problems and when I let management kniw about thing that need to be worked on it was dobe the next day the office staff if friendly
