Staff is great and helpful. Love living by the water. I wish there was more parking by my building, but we have been here13 months and have loved our experience so far.

This is an excellent community to live in. Many of the residents attend EMIC and KCBC. Everyone is friendly and I love the community events! The staff - office and maintenance - are excellent and I have no problems whatsoever with them.

The staff here are very friendly and the maintenance team is responsive. The gym leaves a lot to be desired and has often has some of its few machines in disrepair. Access to the dock/lake is cool and nice place to fish. The unit is cozy, but has had a few maintenance issues.
