AVOID, liars and disrespect
Absolute worst experience. They rent units out as Airbnbs illegally and lie about it. Strangers come and go and prop the doors open of the “secure” building, and they damage the cars of the permanent tenants and throw up in the parking lots. My upstairs neighbor flooded my apartment and they did not assist with any overlapping rent or moving costs but said they “waived the fees” to terminate my lease early. Save yourself the trouble. There’s no one in management who has any sort of respect or... concern for their tenants. Crooked company. Lauren, Michelle, and Rachael are the actual worst, most dishonest, and calculated apartment managers I’ve ever encountered.

Door propping is a common challenge in multifamily living. Our team routinely removes objects that prevent doors from closing properly, and we encourage all residents to help maintain a secure environment. We understand how stressful water damage can be and regret that you experienced this alongside your other concerns. While leaks are unpredictable, our maintenance team acts quickly to stop the intrusion, assess the issue, and begin repairs. For urgent matters, we provide an emergency maintenance line to ensure a timely response. Lastly, we offered what we believed to be a fair lease termination option—not due to any negligence on our part, but because we recognized your continued dissatisfaction. While our solutions may not always align with every resident’s expectations, we strive to act in good faith. We wish you all the best moving forward.
