Way too nice and new to be run like this
Apartments are too new to look like and be run like this! I’ve been here 5 months now it’s going downhill fast. The stairwells and hallways smell like CRAP literally because of poor design. For whatever reason they choose to put the dog waste receptacles at the entrance of the buildings and the smell is stuck in the stairwells and hallways. Big open fields across the parking lot to put the receptacles…
I put a work order in for a wasp nest on my patio a week ago and still no one has come to... assist so I can’t use my patio. And management has no answer and show lack of concern or care. The amenities they sale you on you can’t use after 6:00pm pool table and game room. It took over 2 months to get keyflob for the gated entrance and the gates are not working half the time.
Sitting here now looking at wasps flying around and enjoying my patio!
GREAT size closet but cheap material pools are sagging and looking like they are about to fall down.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I reviewed our system and do not currently see a work order open for a wasp nest on your patio. We’d be glad to take care of this for you — please contact the office or reach out to me... directly at opalmgr@greystar.com so we can have maintenance address it right away.
Additionally, we’ve started deep cleaning each building, including vacuuming and mopping on rotation. When you reach out, I can also schedule your building’s cleaning and discuss who you may have previously spoken with regarding your other concerns so we can ensure everything is properly addressed.
As for the amenities, I apologize for any confusion on the hours that the amenities are open for resident use. Regarding the gate fobs, we experienced a delay due to our vendors being out of stock. We’ve also been actively repairing and maintaining the gates to ensure they remain in working order.
