Unfortunately, my experience with both the maintenance department and the administration has been extremely negative.
Maintenance issues are not resolved. They do not provide any real solutions; instead, they avoid responsibility and completely ignore residents’ requests. Even when formal emails and notifications are sent, they do not respond, which shows a serious lack of professionalism and concern.
Maintenance work is never completed properly, forcing residents to submit multiple work... orders for the same issue. In addition, the staff’s attitude is highly unprofessional. The maintenance supervisor has been disrespectful, raising his voice and yelling at residents simply for demanding that the work be done correctly.
Administration, rather than offering support, fails to act, ignores complaints, and avoids any follow-up. This behavior goes directly against the basic expectations of a clean, safe, and habitable apartment.
A clear example is the dishwasher, which has water leaks and stagnant water, creating a strong and unbearable odor. Despite multiple reports, no proper cleaning has been done, no qualified personnel have been sent, and residents are unacceptably told to purchase cleaning products themselves for an issue that is clearly the responsibility of management. To this day, there is no permanent solution.
It is extremely frustrating to pay a high rental cost without receiving the basic services and living conditions promised. As a resident and paying customer, one expects respect, communication, and timely solutions—none of which are being provided.
