Additional amenities include complimentary parking, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a gym with an elliptical, stationary bike, weights, and foam rollers, and a cinema room with a big screen TV and plush, theatre-style seating.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding the first six.
Frisco is one of the most exciting destinations in North Texas, with a blend of big-city amenities and small-town charm. Nearby attractions include Toyota Stadium (10 min drive), The Star (Dallas Cowboys Headquarters) (14 min drive), Stonebriar Centre (14 min drive), and the National Videogame Museum (10 min drive). Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. The device measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
