North Court Villas Apartamentos

I had to make the time to come and write something here. I really liked the apartments, and the customer service was great when I was checking them out. They made me feel comfortable asking questions. Thanks a lot to Jeni and Dominique. I will be seeing you all soon.

If you are looking for an apartment, you do not want to live here! To help you understand why, I'm listing a few of the problems I've encountered below.
-The air conditioning, heating, and appliances break down on a regular basis. When these problems are reported, it takes forever to get them fixed, sometimes years.
-There always seems to be glass and other trash scattered around the complex.
-Many of the security lights are burned out.
-There are tripping hazards that should be clearly marked... but aren't.
-A lot of the stairs and concrete landings are dirty/soiled.
-The ever-changing office staff is condescending, unhelpful, and sometimes downright rude. To make matters worse, they seem to ignore or cow down to the worst elements who live here, while, simultaneously, all the decent residents have to endure a ridiculous amount of nitpicking. Lee mas

Can't complain been here a year now and still a very nice complex very quiet no loud kids running around destroying things very pleasant place to live and for the office people they are awesome . The manager that runs the complex always nice always got a pretty smile on her face she is very professional and her little helper is just the same both of them always make me feel welcome and treat me with kindness and if in need of maintenance they get to your apartment and get the job done in no... time. I'm so sorry for this management is so corrupt the customer service is really so bad .they are so lying about everything unprofessional.sooner or later we are going to Report to the media. the lady by her name is Jocelyn the worst person you can imagine liar .corrupt .
