As of Q2 2024, Tom Lail and the Dallas/Fort Worth Group of TrueGuard.US manage over $350,000,000 in residential real estate assets. Having serviced over 20,000 maintenance requests, and sustained industry leading occupancy rates, Tom Lail and his team have been providing the DFW market a top tier management experience for nearly a decade. Studying financial markets and providing clients with monthly video content updates is a passion of Tom’s.
