Its a great place, the apartments are 10 out of 10, the kitchen is amazing and the space is awesome, the amenities are the best. Maybe if all apartments had balcony and a tub will be an extra that I would had appreciated (they were not available for my preferred dates for moving in).
Only issue I have is Shepherd Street, too noisy and the windows maybe are not that thick, we can hear all the cars racing in the night. If you are moving in would definitely recommend to NOT accept a unit on the... side of shepherd drive.

So far it’s been amazing!! The moving process was quick and easy and it only took us 4-5 hours tops! When it comes to the actual apartment, the location is top tier. The staff is amazing AND the apartment was in top notch condition when we moved in. I thought it was brand new.

No complaints, good amenities and nice staff. Very helpful front desk. Facilities are well maintained. Garage door breakages and the mandatory Fetch package service are the only issues.
