Kathe, graduated in Business Administration, is fluent in Spanish and English. She sells real estate throughout the city, but specializes in the Southwest area, inside and outside Loop 610, specifically Spring Branch, Memorial, Galleria and surrounding areas. Her continue education in the residential field made her earned some designation as: AREP “Accredited Real Estate Professional”GRI "Graduate Realtor Institute; CNE "Certified Negotiation Expert" These designations gives her a level of expertise that others may not have. Kathe and her family live in Spring Valley and enjoy staying involved with their community. She volunteers at St. Cecilia Catholic School where her children attend school, and serves as treasurer of the Spring Valley MOMS Club. She is also involved with Candlelighters, an organization dedicated to providing support for families of children with cancer. When Kathe isn’t assisting clients in buying or selling homes, she and her husband enjoy watching their kids’ baseball and soccer games, and barbequing with friends.
