Allora Bear Creek

The apartment is nice and the amenities. The parking is the main issue. And I was unfortunately told 2 months into my lease that I couldn’t prorate my credit anymore.

I recently got the apartment, and I will say the staff made the process a bit easier. They were all very nice, and their responses were fast. My only reason for giving three stars is that they did not explain their terms properly. They promised a gift card as a move-in special but did not tell me it would be given after four months. They also told me the lease could be for 14 months, but later sent me a 15-month lease to sign, which was disappointing because I had already made all my... arrangements and could not start looking for another apartment at that point. Finally, the lease termination fee and conditions are much higher compared to other apartments. Lee mas

We have truly enjoyed living at Allora Bear Creek! We love the amenities and the safety and calm of the community. We recommend Allora constantly to our friends and family!

I love the area and the apartment, amenities are perfect. I enjoy that it feels secure and safe. And the staff is extremely attentive and helpful normally.

Since moving in, I’ve realized how much of a difference a well-maintained property and attentive, professional staff make. The quality of this community has really put into perspective how poor my previous apartment experience was.
