We've lived at Allora Bear Creek for 2 years and 2 months, and everything had been great until about a month ago, when new neighbors moved into the apartment above us. Since then, it's been a nightmare.

They make a lot of noise after 10:00 p.m., and it often continues until 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. I've already filed more than eight noise complaints, and the management keeps telling me they've spoken with the tenant. The Allora Bear Creek complex has been a wonderful place to live. I have been a resident almost a year now. From initially viewing the property to signing the lease to getting maintenance done throughout the year, the living experience here has been wonderful. I love that the community is relatively quiet in the later hours and the grounds are well-maintained. Staff in the office is very responsive to all questions, and service quality doesn't drop off when you sign the lease. The maintenance... staff is quick to respond to service tickets and easily resolves issues. The process to resign for a new lease term was easy. Very thankful to Kimberly and the other staff.

My only compliant about the complex is there is not assigned parking. Occasionally I arrive back to the complex and there is not parking available near my building. However, I have never failed to find a parking spot, just sometimes it's much further than I would like to be. Read More

All good but the fridge was not working with cold water neither ice maker, missing a tray of the door, hot water with some weird liquid and found stuff from the ex resident
