Allora Bear Creek

The apartment is nice and the amenities. The parking is the main issue. And I was unfortunately told 2 months into my lease that I couldn’t prorate my credit anymore.

I recently got the apartment, and I will say the staff made the process a bit easier. They were all very nice, and their responses were fast. My only reason for giving three stars is that they did not explain their terms properly. They promised a gift card as a move-in special but did not tell me it would be given after four months. They also told me the lease could be for 14 months, but later sent me a 15-month lease to sign, which was disappointing because I had already made all my... arrangements and could not start looking for another apartment at that point. I love the area and the apartment, amenities are perfect. I enjoy that it feels secure and safe. And the staff is extremely attentive and helpful normally.

Since moving in, I’ve realized how much of a difference a well-maintained property and attentive, professional staff make. The quality of this community has really put into perspective how poor my previous apartment experience was.
