They never fix anything, the office has such high turn around this place is a joke. The hot water is never working, there was a drug raid last month and there is always issues. My unit flooded in December and i have mold and i keep putting work orders in the fix the cabinets and nothing gets done. They don’t care for the residents and is only collecting rent. I wouldn’t recommend moving here. I work remote, and stay to myself, so i figured this would be a good cheap alternative until I decided... to leave Houston and i wish i never signed my lease. The apartment floods all the time, they do give pest control, it’s totally dirty and garbage kept all around. The homeless keeps breaking into vacant apartments. This place is a complete joke. Enjoyed meeting with Nicole who made me feel welcomed as I entered the office. She gave me a tour of the community showing me a furnished apartment. The price fits my buget. The location is close to Hwy 45 where I can travel to work. I'm choosing a floor plan to move in.

don't fix anything. some of the most useless staff I've ever met in my life. just don't move here so you don't get the massive headache I've had for the past 3 months

They charge for $25 valet trash services and not one time has the trash company came to pick up trash. The office staff is very much aware that whoever is supposed to collect trash isn’t doing so. This has been brought to their attention MANY times from MANY tenants about being charged for a service that we aren’t receiving, they have yet to refund monies paid for valet nor have they hired another company to come in and do valet. Basically, screwed out $25 each month, multiply that be the... number of apartment units and they are basically committing highway robbery on the tenants that they “care” about. They are in no rush to rectify this. Whether the new owner is keeping the money for himself or they are basically giving tenant monies to a company that was hired to do a job but doesn’t and if he does, he’s not coming out daily or every other day for that matter, so he’s benefiting just as well…. It’s wrong on all levels especially in this current state of economy. If you don’t pay the fee, it’ll look like you ain’t paying and then could cause potential late fees because they apply rent charges last making it seem as if you didn’t pay… basically screwed! Beware that you will have to pay for something that you won’t receive or benefit from… who wants trash by their door for days? Lee mas
