Champion Court Apartamentos

This apartment complex is kind of old, well used, and not too pleasing to look at. However it is relatively comfortable and one of the cheapest rent rates I have seen (although they will increase the rent every time you renew your lease). They are also renovating the outside of the apartments, changing the color from an ugly pink-peach color to an equally ugly yellow color. The parking lot is ruff and there is no assigned parking, even if you can park close to your apartment you will probably... have to walk a bit to get to it. The complex is close to the spring park and ride so it is relatively easy to get downtown using the metro bus system. It is also right beside a hospital and there is a sheriff's department building on the other side of the hospital. Lee mas
