Domain Memorial

I had an amazing tour at Domain Memorial Townhomes! Bianca was incredible, she explained everything so clearly and made the experience feel very personal, like I was touring the community with a friend rather than being sold to.

One thing she said that really stuck with me was that peace gives you a great quality of life, and that’s exactly what Domain is designed to offer. That honestly hooked me on the community and perfectly describes the vibe here.

The property itself truly feels like a... resort. The pool area is beautiful and clearly well maintained, and the overall style of the community is modern and welcoming. The units were very clean and even smelled amazing, which made a great first impression.

I was torn between a one bedroom and a two bedroom, and Bianca went out of her way to show me every option and walk me through the differences without rushing me at all. Everyone I passed during the tour was so friendly, and I loved learning that the community hosts resident events as well.

I’m not planning to move for a few months, but Domain Memorial is absolutely at the top of my list thanks to the experience I had here. Lee mas

Very outdated townhomes and terrible management! Since the new managers Kevin and Megan took over in October, things have been very shady and slow around here. This place is marketed as luxury but once you have actually lived in them you will soon realize they are old and in desperate need of renovations! Peeling/cheap “hardwood” floors, paint chipping, squeaky old garages, floor boards coming up..there’s honestly just always something new! I contacted management 5 months ago about an issue I... was having with my floors, I noticed that several areas around my unit were starting to peel/chip away. Maintenance came by and took pictures of the areas in my unit in November, I followed up with Megan in person after not hearing anything for 2 weeks and she assured me they would look into it. 5 months later, several cancelled maintenance requests and emails later and still no resolution. I’m embarrassed to even invite people inside my home with the way these floors look, it’s terrible how fast this place crumbled!!

Aside from my unit problems there are issues within the community itself that don’t sit well with me! The amenities are mid, especially with the amount of people that live here. More than likely you’ll never get to use the pool or the gym! The amount of charges you pay monthly for water/sewer are insane! I pay close to $75 in fees for water and most of that is random storm drain, city fees and other random fees I have never seen until I moved here. $90 for AT&T internet (provider chosen by them) and $30 valet trash that only comes 4 days a week lol and don’t let a holiday fall within one of those days..you’ll be out of luck for the next 5-6 days! If you have pets please beware because a lot of residents don’t follow the leash law. There’s also no dog park or designated areas for dogs to use the bathroom!

Please not that it’s also very telling when residents who have lived here for YEARS start to move out, every week there’s atleast 2 or 3 moving trucks..and it’s not because people are moving in!! There are much nicer places that are actually LUXURY and worth the amount you are paying in Houston/Katy… do not move here!!

I will only say that this place is quiet! You definitely have some rude, loud people here but for the most part the residents are decent. Management is the absolute worse and not trustworthy! Lee mas

ABSOLUTE WORST "luxury" Apartments EVER. I get it.. It's a business.. that's only after your hard earned money while providing as little value as possible in return.

Want to spend a lot of money to get scammed, mistreated, experience an abundance of maintenance issues, gate broken all the time, lack of privacy? Well the list goes on and on...Then by all means come sign your life away here.

Currently living here coming up 10 Months and have been dying to leave since day one of moving in. That... should tell you A LOT.

Everything looks nice on the outside, but please don't let that fool you like it fooled me. Management is absolutely horrendous. Read the multiple negative, honest, and detailed reviews when searching up knightvest residential and save yourself some headache and anxiety. Hope this helps someone else! Beautiful place to live and excellent office staff who are always friendly.

The Domain Memorial is a beautiful community that is kept clean and maintained for the most part. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. But there are some cons. A freeze happened months ago and in front of some of the resident homes is just soil with an exposed sprinkler system. Flowers, grass, or shrubs have not been replaced. Unfortunately there is also no parking. If family or friends are visiting, there is no where for them to park.
