Bad management
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m honestly disappointed with how things have been since the new management took over. It’s been over a month and a half that the pool has been closed “for maintenance” with no real progress in sight. It’s summer — people want to enjoy the amenities we pay for, but it feels like management simply doesn’t care.
What makes it worse is the way the office handles things. Every time I’ve asked for help, I’ve been met with bad attitudes and zero professionalism.... They don’t seem to know how to prioritize what really matters for the residents.
And to top it all off, they keep sending out violation letters and fees for residents not complying with rules — yet I don’t see them holding themselves to the same standard. Nothing seems to be done properly from their side first.
I honestly regret renewing my lease for another year. Very disappointing experience.
