insufficient maintenace

When calling the office they never answer. Their emergency maintanance voicemail doesn't work so forget being able to get a prompt response.
There are coackroaches and no upkeep on that.
But don't you dare park in a parking spot that is not yours or wrong visitor parking because they will tow right away. That is probably the only prompt thing they do.
No son eficaz en componer algo en tu apartamaneto.
