2025 update
I’ve been living in this community since March of 2022. While there were some challenges in the past—especially during the elevator outage—I can honestly say that things have taken a complete turn for the better under the new management.
Since Joseph (Property Manager) and Kimberly (Assistant Manager) have stepped in, I’ve seen noticeable and immediate improvements. They are both incredibly personable, approachable, and always take the time to address any concerns I bring up. Their presence has... made a real difference—not just in how the property looks and feels, but in how it’s managed overall.
There have been upgrades around the complex, from office and pool furniture to a clear focus on maintaining the grounds better than before. I genuinely appreciate the effort they’re putting into making this a better place to live. I even enjoy stopping by the office just to say hello—they make residents feel heard and valued.
I’m truly satisfied and optimistic about what’s to come. Thank you, Joseph and Kimberly, for the positive changes and the care you’re bringing into this community. Keep it up!
