Do not move here! Do not allow the exterior of the property to fool you.

1. Front office never follows up.
2. They will try and cash your cashiers check multiple and give you an issue about it.
3. Rent is due 1-3 vs the 5th
4. Neighbors are loud/ and children
5. Ive witnessed several fights
6. I've witnessed a couple having sex in their car.
7. When you make a request for bugs, you have to make 3-4 times before someone comes out.
8. The apartments have a,lot of spiders/ odd bugs
9. You will... learn to keep a can of Raid

Dawn is very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. When I stopped by to complete my application Dawn was very patient with me while reviewing my application to ensure there weren’t any mistakes. Besides herself Veronica have great customer service and interpersonal skills as well. I’ll recommend others to this lovely newly built apartment complex.

I'm reading these reviews and most of these people are not lying, they just doesn't see the real problem. The problem with this property is the Manager Dawn. She is rude, short, and doesn't help her staff. I personally witnessed her fussing at her staff. She doesn't realize that the office has an echo so we can hear her when she told the pregnant lady "they are just going to have to wait because I am busy, not go do some work". We couldn't get any clear information from the lady who sits up... front as she seemed very confused. So we asked for the managers name and she wrote it down on a card. When we called the lines we're busy. There is another lady that looks so nervous every time the Manager came out that we didn't get a chance to talk to her. The office stay busy and the same 3 girls are working it while the Manager walks around giving orders and not helping. We had to come back twice and finally got the pregnant lady who everyone calls on to do everything. She gave us all the information we needed and we were able to fill out the application. This property is beautiful and the working staff is very friendly especially the pregnant lady but the property needs a new manager. Lee mas

A staff member I don't know her name but I can find out. that lady is so rude and so disrespectful and I believe every comment that's on this website cuz people are walking in to get information about the apartment to give a name to give a number or email address to get in touch with and she in some evil kind of way don't want you to leave that,She hinders you from that she was so rude she wouldn't even let you complete a sentence of the questions that you was trying to ask if she would stop... you in the middle of asking her a question. it's the most horrible experience I've ever experienced in my life dealing with apartment complex dealing with people that act like they own and operate and they bought and paid for and build the building themselves. It's a sad world people don't know your experiences don't know what you're going through everyone needs somewhere to stay everyone needs a chance in life,give them a chance and not just shut them down and push them away as if everybody is doing something wrong you have personal issues don't spill it out over into the people that's walking in the door. Still don't know if I'm approved or not. I was told I would be called and then they said oh your gonna received a letter in the mail. Haven't received a call or a letter and I applied at the end of April. That was a waste of time. I've been up there many times and just like everyone else said they do not answer the phone and tell you different stuff when you do get in contact with them.
