Inverness at Westador Apartamentos

New management is absolutely horrible! HORRIBLE

Mediocre apartments at best. Parking is awful. Within the lease, a renter is provided two assigned parking spots. This not enforced and therefore the assigned parking spots are rarely available. It’s really bad when neighbors have 5-6 adults living under one roof. This makes parking a nightmare as this is a small complex and therefore parking is already limited.

Management is super slow to respond to voicemails and emails. Good luck getting... someone on the phone. The phone normally goes straight to voice mail.

Complex was recently purchased. Current management called three consecutive months asking where the rent check was?!? But never checked the mail. Checks were in the mail each time.

Lastly, good luck on getting your deposit back upon move out. New management is a joke. Lee mas
