The Palms at Memorial

I really love my townhouse. The unit is HUGE. I even made a gym out of my den since my unit already has a living and dining area. My patio is also huge and I have put artificial turf on half of the patio for my little puppy. Hahaha spoiled. My daughter goes to Spring Forest Middle school and has been thriving since moving to the area. My favorite part is how the kids play outside. It reminds me of my days of being a kid growing up in the 80's.

Have been living here for the better part of 2 months and couldn't be happier. Location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance from anything I need, providing easy access to tons of shopping/dining options, yet far enough that it isolates itself from the nightmarish traffic that surrounds that area. The campus and the amenities are leaps and bounds over what we expected. Plus, its all stylishly wrapped in a contempo/pre modern decor that makes living here feel more like a stay in a 40's gatsby... , rather than an apartment complex. The management and its employees are beyond attentive and courteous; I don't think we've had an issue or request that wasn't immediately tended to, they feel like more like our friends than employees of the complex.

We were residents of City Centre before moving here, and while I can't say anything negative about our stay there, I will say it is nice for ourselves and guests. Add more spacious and better appointed apartments, for essentially what we were paying at our old place, it was a no-brainer for us. Lee mas

I just moved in a month ago and I have to say - I wasn't too pleased- But within the last 3 weeks they replaced their manager and she is Amazing!! I love this community and how friendly my neighbors are. I highly recommend these apartments they even have contests every month to win stuff. This month it's a TV! I don't like the assistant Rosie she plays favorites but the manager Darla is on top of What ever you need! Just ask for her!

The apartment was clean, the facilities were fine. Darla in the office is excellent, and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I love my town home. I know I'll be here for a while!

I needed a place really quickly, and Tara their leasing assistant got my application reviewed and processed in 24 hours, so I could move in the next day. The whole process was smooth without any hiccups. On moving day Darla the manager went out of her way to help in whatever way she could. The neighbors here are incredibly friendly. The building is well maintained and clean. Granted it is an older complex, I don't mind in the least though. I was probably most excited that the 2 bedroom town home... I decided to go with looks exactly like the model! That made me happy since some places will show you a model that looks great and is nothing like the apartment you'll be moving into. I couldn't be happier!!! I decided to reserve the parking spot right next to my back door just because it's so convenient. I know I will be here for awhile. If you're looking I suggest you try them out. Ask for Tara, she was just the sweetest! And if you have any questions ask to speak with the manager, she was so helpful with all of my questions and didn't mind me calling every few minutes to ask her something else. I'm so happy! Lee mas
