Overall, it’s very nice place to stay. The apartments are nice, and the community has a lot of great amenities.However, there are a few ongoing issues. Something always seems to be broken.For months the exterior recycling door has consistently been broken,which is frustrating because only the 1st elevator goes to that area.the rear garage gate has been broken 3 to 4 times in the 3 months that I’ve lived here.
I’m aware management sends out emails reminding residents not to leave trash outside... their doors; however, it doesn’t seem to be enforced.My floor often smells, I can say that during the holidays the carpet was cleaned, it didn’t really help with the smell long.It slightly masked it, which is disappointing since other floors, ie:the 1st, 2nd, and 8th floors, don’t have this issue.
The most inconvenient issue for me is the dog area, it’s often dirty and the water never gets hot.I do enjoy living here overall, I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the resident experience. Lee mas

Staff has been great! Just a few facilities issues but it’s been a wonderful experience. Dell and Miss Rosie is always so helpful and sweet!

Great place to live! The apartments are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a safe place to live as well. Maintenance fixes my issues in a timely manner.

The 6 months that we have been living here have been good. Can’t complain about anything major. Love how convinient the location is, the staffs friendliness, the cleanliness of the complex, and everything else.

ve lived in this building for two years now and it’s been great. From the concierge to the maintenance team to the leasing and management staff, everyone has been helpful and professional. I’ve had zero issues. I love the location and my apartment itself, if I could buy this place instead of leasing, I absolutely would.
