ve lived in this building for two years now and it’s been great. From the concierge to the maintenance team to the leasing and management staff, everyone has been helpful and professional. The best thing about Waugh was the people at the concierge desk. They truly were a part of our family. The drawbacks were there were people that ignored the nonsmoking community and we were continually smelling vapes and more.
