North Park Apartments

these apartments need a lot of work. when brought up to the office and property manager the response is of no care at all and very rude. Especially the manager Claudia. I recently moved out of my 1 bedroom as rent was going up $300. Mind you rent seems to vary in increase from tenant to tenant. None of the washers or dryers work. When I asked Claudia with help on maintenance her response was very rude and unprofessional. Basically she replied "I DON'T KNOW!!"
Many times I'd come home to shower... with no hot water. my car was damaged in parking lot in plain view of camera. When I asked if I could view the footage, she refused to help.
Gates are always broken so anyone can enter. Gunshots can always be heard in the vicinity. Please do not move here, crime is as bad as the owners of this complex. Lee mas

I have never even knew I could be apartment cat-fished before but I did the apartment show room looks nothing like they actually apartment you going to be moving in. It was horrible I tell you from the paint to the appliances to the wooden floors everything was cheap and old like a old town house !! Please don’t be fooled !!

We stayed here for 2 years the first year was great management and rhe staff were friendly and maintenance was quick to fix any issues, then they changed management and staff. We have a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom since may and they have done absolutely nothing but spray our kitchen cupboard with fungus killer since the cupboard in the kitchen are full of mushrooms and the wood is rotting we have explained this situation to them multiple times and asked to be moved to a... different apartment literally took them a month and a half to get back to us saying its ok to move to another one we have 2 months left here were just going to wait to leave and never come back!! At first when I moved in I thought it was ok. Rent was a ok. But the longer I’ve been here. There has been problem after problem. One night a male was stabbed at 12 in the morning. That was a mess. The I saw a mice in our apartment about two months ago and let the office know. They did nothing. I called the office because our ac was leaking. They sent no one. Plus it’s a ratchet job. We also reported our screen that had been broken on our window when we moved in 11 months ago. And the office... told us to buy one. Then also I see a lot of out of outside bugs in the apartment. In addition to that most of the time the trash is over flowed. Now we are currently dealing with low water pressure. I can’t even flush my toilet. And we have to pay rent today for this bomb place . It’s one thing after the other. Don’t stay here. Lee mas
