I have a two-bedroom apartment with a great amount of space. There are extra closets, drawers, and a nice walk-in closet in the master's with a garden tub. I can put my stuff up and stay tidy. Great management as well!

I recently toured this apartment complex and was immediately struck by how poorly maintained the property is overall. From the moment I stepped out of my car, it was clear that upkeep and resident safety are not priorities here.

First Impressions: Broken Glass and Trash Everywhere
One of the first things I noticed was broken glass scattered in several parking spots, clearly from recent vehicle break-ins. This was deeply concerning and raised serious questions about the security of the complex.... In addition, there was trash littered across walkways and grassy areas, giving the entire property a neglected and unkempt feel.

Pet Waste and Unbearable Odor
As I walked the grounds, the overwhelming smell of pet urine hit me multiple times. It wasn’t just a faint odor either—it was strong, persistent, and incredibly unpleasant. Pet waste was left on sidewalks and green spaces with no apparent effort being made to clean it up. This kind of environment is not only unhygienic but also shows a complete disregard for cleanliness and basic maintenance.

Apartment Condition: Poorly Done Repairs and Neglect
The unit I toured was no better. Inside, there were obvious patchwork repairs that looked rushed and unprofessional. Paint didn’t match in several areas, walls were unevenly patched, and fixtures looked old and poorly maintained. It honestly felt like a temporary cover-up job rather than a properly cared-for living space.

Management and Care: Clearly Lacking
What stood out the most during my visit was the overall lack of attentiveness from the management team. It felt like no one is really invested in the condition or comfort of this property. If this is what they allow prospective residents to see during a tour, I can only imagine what day-to-day life here must be like.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere. A place to live should feel safe, clean, and cared for—unfortunately, this one fails on all three fronts. Lee mas

Not recommend if youre looking for something safe for you and your family

Management is horrible after making you sign they show another face and the amount of break ins that happened lately is ridiculous.

There were regular notices of car break in’s. Office staff would charge excessive fines for minor things. When you leave you’re required to have a professional carpet cleaner and maid come to clean out your apartment. The apartment will ask for proof of receipt. The gate was broken the entire time I lived there and so was the pool.
