Parkford Apartments

I simply called to inquire about the apartments. While conversating with the manager I asked if it was assigned parking or if it was a first come first serve. She stated that some of the owned apartment complexes require their tenants to have a sticker or the vehicle will get towed. I asked which apartments were those and she hung up on me. I called back and no answer. Horrible!!

The city of Houston needs to get with the manager or owner these apartments are terrible in and out... manager becky is unresponsible and disrespectful!!

Sewer back ups almost everyday
Mole & mildew
Poor maintenance
AC s go out a lot
Drive ways are real bad

The apartment complex is not safe management is not great the apartment complex area is dirty the manager Becky does not fix or pay attention to the client the worst Apartments in southeast Houston
