if you have an issue they handle it very quickly. They are very friendly and kind.

You can feel how little staff cares about residents.

We reside at this property. Our 1st year here was great & we decided to renew for a longer lease after our 1st was up. We regret our decision. In just a few months this place has gone downhill. If the property got equal attention inside the units as it receives on its exterior, it would fix many problems folks have here. Parking is a nightmare & you’re almost forced to buy parking with how frustrating it is. There are vehicles parked that have not moved in months. Months ago,we submitted a work... order for a large hole under our sink. Pest control told us they were carpenter ants, swept out the ant activity & dumped it into our kitchen trashcan before walking out & us never hearing about this work order again. The hole is still there today. Around this time we also requested they fix a hole directly above our shower. Maintenance walked in,looked at the hole, said they would be back & left. The hole is still there today. This was months ago. Front office is aware of both situations. Weeks ago, we had a glass sliding door jam. The impact cracked the corner of the glass. We submitted a request immediately in fear the glass would break & hurt our kids. We didn’t hear back & the glass continued to run where it had split. We sent a 2nd request for this work order & they finally got someone out weeks after the original request. They removed the broken glass door & left our living room light on & our front door unlocked. We got home around 4:15pm who knows how long it had been unlocked. I assumed someone was coming back with the replacement door shortly,maybe they just ran out to grab it. Nobody came back that day. Lastly,today we were hit with fees & additional charges due to our e-check not going through. I’m confused. We’ve been paying rent this way for months & have never missed a payment nor paid late in our entire stay. The money has been sitting in our account. Although the front office acknowledges this may have been due to a typo this does not change our situation. I’m most bothered that a regional manager was on property today-a person with authority to aid this situation. She told my husband she would not be helping us. I’m less concerned with added charges & more on our payment history/reports. It’s a kick in the gut to be at the mercy of staff like this. I recommend anyone looking for a place to live to look past this property and continue looking. Pray over your options. Your money matters & it’s important not to settle. You’re in the wrong hands here.

We sincerely regret that your experience was less than perfect. We care deeply about our residents and want to provide the most comfortable experience possible. We understand that you are upset with the returned payment fee but we have to charge this... fee whenever any payment is returned which is specifically outlined in the lease contract and we are also charged a fee by the bank for any payment that does not go through. While we understand this may have been an error or oversight with entering the numbers, our system also requires it to be verified again before submitting the payment to prevent this from happening. We are sorry that you were very upset in regards to this issue and hope you give us another chance soon, so we can share a more positive experience.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

This apartment would have been perfect if not for the management. The leasing office staff is unprofessional, unaccommodating, and intentionally misleads their tenants. For example, when my dog was attacked by another dog on property (10 yards from the mailbox), they refused to help us identify the attacker. They also refused to help the local police precinct. They even told us that there WAS a camera on property, and then told the police that there WASN'T a camera on property. Obviously they... just wanted to protect their own interests as opposed to helping tenants who ALWAYS paid rent on time and did not cause commotions in the complex. When it came time for us to move out, they refused to allow us to temporarily park small moving pods that together would have fit in 1 parking spot, despite there being plenty of parking. They also did not have a system for returning our keys outside of their limited business hours, which is not realistic for most of the world. The final straw was the move out charges they sent one month after our move-out date, charging us for damages to appliances that were there when we moved in and for petty cleaning charges. Their staff specifically told me not to worry about documenting damages but obviously that was a lie because they turned around, kept our deposit and pet deposit, and charged us almost $200 additional. I do NOT recommend this apartment complex or this company to anyone.

Worst Management

Don’t have option of giving zero so gave 1 star.
Stayed there since 2013 but never faced any problem until this new management came - Adara Communities. Stayed in that apartment for 3 years and was charged for normal wear and tear for carpet while moving out.. Was staying in another apartment in same community for 5 years and moving out was smooth with earlier management. This has happened with other residents too with this management

Please don’t move to this apartment as they will take...
your hard earned money.

Worst Management.

Don’t know how getting 4.5 rating.

We are sorry to hear that you are upset with us over your move out charges. We have provided you with all the pictures and documentation to back up the charges including invoices for replacement of the carpet along with the shampoo company proposal... that stated that they could not save the carpet. We also have provided you with the list of the cleaning and replacement charges that you signed. It is not our intent to upset our residents at time of move out, but your apartment is supposed to be returned in the same condition as when it was given to you at time of move in. We understand that you would like these charges removed, however everything charged was in accordance with your lease contract and pictures were also taken to document them.

These apartments are the worst to live in, the new management is terrible, they do not solve anything, nothing works, the electric doors do not work, the cameras do not work, the gym does not work, the pool is not maintained, the apartments are old and they want charge as if they were new, there are many thefts, many people with a bad reputation live, the maintenance staff does not do its job and the administration staff is very rude, I do not recommend living there
