The Fountains at Almeda

Ma where do I start. Their customer service was great. They love the community and love to serve.

Management is money hungry and will charge outrageous fees for water to make your rent even higher, my water bill was once 500 dollars. They don’t give you your deposit back even if you clean the apartment top to bottom instead they send you a bill and say you owe them. Management is unprofessional and don’t handle your needs accordingly. I have a list full of complaints and horrible experiences. If you value your Time, Money and Energy RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

This place is mold infested. They do not give back your deposit I had a 700 deposit and they refused to give it back I am taken them to court. There is a lot of breakin. Apartment being breakin, Cars been breakinto.

I’ve lived here a year and a half, mainly because of the location and when I signed I got a rate that’s decent enough compared to other apts for what I’m getting. Started out fine but for the past 6 months or so we have been getting notices about every other week that break ins are happening. The ‘security’ is very poor, the gates are always breaking, and there never seems to be enough parking for you to get close to your apt. The apts are cheaply built, and management is nice but doesn’t have... any compassion for things that are their fault. Consider other options. Lee mas

Do not think to move to this apartment! We lived there for one year and a half . Worst experience ever :
1) it is unsafe place to live , there was three times robbery cases .
2) always maintenance did not come on time we have to call three to four times so they can fix the issue
3) there was a delay one time for the rent and they were responsible for not making the payment as automatic pay and they let us pay $700 extra for one month without a... notice .
4) my baby walker and toys were thrown away after we had the permission to keep them next to the door without notice to hide them inside the house
5) I asked for package that has been received to the leasing office and they denied that they received and I kept calling and begging them to check again then it was there but they don’t want to do the effort and look for it .
A lot more was going please please don’t think to move there also rent is pretty high to what you get !!! I am so disappointed and they do not care about customer service! Lee mas
