If someone didn’t know the answer to my questions, they were quick to say that they would find out.

Overall property management declined steadily after moving in. With rent as high as it is for a dated property and seemingly based solely on “location”, there is little room for errors in management of the property. Key failures like months with non-working elevators, repeated maintenance calls for repairs instead of replacing, low water pressure and water cutoffs, regular reminding but lack of following up and not holding tenants responsible makes the property undesirable... and again... especially since the property is advertised as “luxury”, and rent is at a premium price when based on return on investment.

Great experience so far. Super helpful staff and beautiful apartment. Only downside so far is being right under the gym / gets loud and the garage spaces are tight. Otherwise happy with the place so far Z
