Unclear, Inconsistent Billing and Unresponsive Management
The billing experience here was unacceptable, largely due to poor communication from Treyvon and Christine.
Charges appeared without clear explanation, and residents were left to repeatedly chase basic billing information. Requests for itemized statements or clarification were met with delays, vague responses, or no response at all.
This lack of transparency and follow-through creates unnecessary financial stress and makes it impossible to feel confident in the accuracy of billing.... Management’s handling of resident accounts shows a serious lack of professionalism.
Proceed with caution if accurate billing and responsive management matter to you.
