It is nice here and office people are nice. Close to the stores and Westpark Tollroad not that far from the apartment. Need a place to eat restaurants are close by.

I really just feel that when you make a request it should be handled immediately but besides that this apartment complex is nice and quiet while being next to a busy road

Ever since new management took over there seems to be a change on couple of things around the property but still a lot of littering going on, also Vale staff does a horrible job at picking up trash and dragging it around the stair ways staining the floors in the hall. Only good thing I can say is that there hasn’t been anything crazy going on or noisy neighbors outside. Overall it’s ok for what you pay for here in west Houston.
