The Peri on Westheimer Apartments

The management team really listens and cares for you. They send follow up emails after the annual check up and come fix/correct things very nice and fast. They cleaned the mold in my bathtub now it looks brand new. After the complaints, I think they rescheduled the trash pickup truck so it won't disrupt our sleep early in the morning again... But I think they've not checked and changed/cleaned the AC filer in my unit during the annual check yet :D so im gonna request a work order and sure... they'll come real fast Read More

So far it’s almost our third year here and we are starting to see a little bit of more improvements. I just wish when they did pressure wash the stairways and the hallways in our building that they actually tried to remove the stains on the floor left by valet trash pick up. There is still trash around the building buildings when you walk around just some tenants. Don’t really care for the community and like to litter. As far as the leasing office and maintenance there’s been a huge improvement... and great communication when there is a problem to be fixed so we definitely do appreciate that this place can be a really great place. Easy move in. Blen was very helpful and kept in communication until I was moved in, made sure I got all of my proper documentation until move in.

So far great it has been super nice and quiet. Been staying here for over 3 years, love the proximity to main stores like target, heb and Whole Foods.

It is nice here and office people are nice. Close to the stores and Westpark Tollroad not that far from the apartment. Need a place to eat restaurants are close by.
