The Sovereign at Regent Square Apartamentos

I lived in this apartment community for two years and had a consistently positive experience. The property is well-managed, but what truly sets it apart is the caliber of the staff—especially Israel at the front desk and Santiago with valet.

Israel is sharp, professional, and always composed—he runs the lobby like clockwork and greets everyone with respect and attention to detail. Santiago is equally impressive—efficient, courteous, and dependable. Both bring a high level of consistency and... professionalism that makes coming home feel effortless.

The maintenance team at the Sovereign is exceptional. Lu and Juan have worked my last two requests for maintenance. Lu is knowledgeable about all aspects of the Sovereign and performs with extreme professionalism to correct my issues. He always performs above standard. Juan handled my last work order and he was also exceptional. The team deserves many thanks and rewards for their first class service. Thanks for your great knowledge and service for me.

Lou is outstanding. We submit a request and he’s always there to help in a short amount of time. Very great person and answers any questions we have.

The elevator situation is hard to swallow (leftmost elevator being out so often). I am a licensed electrical P.E. in the state of Texas and can help Windsor out with facility issues, or at least give the manufacturer's technical diagnoses a review if you need it.

Otherwise, I am grateful for Windsor's approach in maintaining quality of service in the face of so much economic turbulence. I would really appreciate a deep clean of the grills, especially the fireboxes. The grill grates are... maintained well but there is a significant amount of residue from use in the fireboxes. The staff - from the leasing consultants, concierges and maintenance team, are consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special shout-out to Jessica, Kyle, Isreal, Lou and Santiago, whose warmth and dedication have made my experience even better. The amenities are top-tier, and the thoughtfully planned resident events create a true sense of community.
