University Forest - Student Housing

Living in this community has been a wonderful experience. The staff is exceptionally professional, attentive, and engaged with residents, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and features excellent amenities that enhance everyday living. I truly appreciate the positive atmosphere and am very pleased with my decision to make this community my home.

The atmosphere and roommate made it worth to spend my time in this apartment. Hope the apartment gets more recognition and many people enroll to support the community

Staff is nice. Apartment is in a convenient location. Close to stores, but not very loud. They hold events for residents which is fun. Buildings may need a bit of cleaning, but maintenance takes care of the important stuff quickly.

The process went pretty smoothly but I would have wished for the community to integrate me better. It was difficult for me to connect with people in the beginning.

i love it here, been here for a year now. love how school is so close and i love the area. the maintenance men are very speedy and so are the office. my only complaint is the apartments are small but to be expected for dorm style living
