Villas at Bunker Hill Apartments

The move in process was simple. Litzi was amazing and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and responsive.

Pretty good experience. This place is cozy and the location really is the cherry on top with all the things available around the corner. Over all great.

My overall experience has been pretty good. I would request the trash chutes being reopened, as I’m not a fan with trash sitting outside my door for hrs. This attracts bugs. Also, the office staff could be a little friendlier. As I’m sure they’re nice women. They tend not to speak, let alone look up when someone walks in. Outside of that, I enjoy my apartment and the surrounding area.

People here are very welcoming and supportive but the apartment itself could use some improvements. We’ve noticed some trims from the bottom walls it seems like the apartment got soaked or something happened that the trims looks expanded. Litzy is the only office staff that has been helpful and supportive.

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now. The staff members are super responsive, supportive, and available. I feel safe walking around the area and the amenities are very accessible. The only thing I’d like updated are cameras. It seems that there are a ton of issues in the garages (stollen cars, tires, etc) and finding a solution to this would make all the difference.
