Villas at Bunker Hill Apartments

My experience living in this property over the past year has been quite positive. There are far more advantages than disadvantages. I hope this continues as I enter my second year here. Aside from the noise from the pool area and the difficulty of finding a parking space in the garage, everything else has been excellent for me.
I hope the management considers a unit with a single car to some with multiples who are either permanently parked or interchange to reserve unreserved space for... themselves. Lee mas

People here are very kind and courteous. Management it’s very respectful and responsive. Litzy is such a great help. There is plenty of parking space specially since I come very late at night because of work.

I lived here for 3 years, left to another zip code, but once I had to move out again, I came back, Villas at bunker hill has always been such a nice and center place to live.

I have lived in Houston for three years and this is my third apartment. I have renewed my lease for another year because I am happy with the staff and the maintenance crew. I have two dogs and I’m very picky about residents who do not pick up after their dogs. I have to say that the dog park remains pretty clean, not always because of the residents, but I feel the day porter does a great job with keeping everything clean

I really like the apartment and the area it is located! Super convenient location to almost any store you can think of - you'd think because of that it'd be loud here, but it isn't!
