The inspection confirmed a level 1 infestation, and we’ve scheduled treatment to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Per your lease agreement and community policy, residents who have occupied their home for over a year are responsible for pest control treatments, as ongoing prevention and maintenance become part of normal household care.
