Wentworth Senior Apartments

mom just moved in last year during COVID and she loves her place. She has made many friends and thinks Donna is so amazing. There is a new maintenance person who is doing really well and very attentive to the seniors.

I have lived here at Wentworth for 3yrs. The office staff are great , very friendly and helpful .Our new maintenance is awesome and prompt . Our manager always goes above an beyond to let the residents feel at home.

From Donna and Gloria making mom's move in as smooth as could be to the new maintenance man taking care of issues so quickly mom has loved every minute of the process. She has so much interaction with her neighbors and goes down for Bingo at least once a week. This place has been a Godsend for her morale. This will be her last move.

We have had maintenance issues with our stove for over a year twice we have had small electrical fires from the burners and Donna the office manager doesn't seem to care she just sends the maintenance man to put a bandaid on it instead of replacing the stove

The apartments and grounds are nice but maintenance takes up to 2 months to repair, replace. Management will not allow the senior residents to put in a repair request through the resident portal even though there are lots of people using walkers, canes, and wheelchairs. The site is set up to send requests but management says not to send that way. residents must go to the office and turn in paperwork. If repair guy doesn't fix correctly the first time residents must go back to office and write... new request. Repair guy will come and say he has to get parts and he never comes back until you call and complain. Management does not check open work tickets. Lee mas
