I regret moving into this apartment. The service here is absolutely the worst I've ever encountered. If you have a service request or even a simple question, don't expect them to answer your calls—because they won't. It's like they don;t care about you once you sign the lease.
Also, the apartment is infested with cockroaches and bugs that keep coming up from the sink. No matter what I do, they keep appearing, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean in my own home. It's truly a... nightmare living here. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're considering this place. Lee mas

I'm very thankful for the friendly staff here. They're always helpful and professional. I live alone and it's wonderful to have a safe place to call home.

They stole you deposit when you moved out with a lots of excuses and fees they keep the deposit even if you left the apartment very clean you can’t do nothing about it. So sad Ladrones.

The Trails at Corinthian Creek is a fabulous place to live. The office staff is the friendliest group of ladies I've ever encountered. They're always smiling and so helpful. The times I had to put in a request for maintenance, like when I clogged up my garbage disposal or locked myself out of my apartment, lol...my issues were addressed quickly. The time my A/C acted up, maintenance had it fixed before I got home from work. Another thing I really like is the valet trash service, It's so... convenient. There are so many other things that made my stay great! Like a clean swimming pool on a hot summer day. A quiet place to come home to after a long day at work, and the feeling of being safe and secure. I really like the police patrolling the property especially at night. I honestly don't have a negative thing to add to this review, I've been happy here and I'm sure you will be too.
