The maintenance service at this community is truly second to none. The team is consistently efficient and handles every request with a high level of professionalism. What sets them apart is their communication; the updates are timely, and the entire process is transparent from start to finish. I’m particularly grateful to Jose and Abraham for their expertise and respectful demeanor, and to Mireya for her seamless handling of the scheduling. I just moved in this wonderful community , however I know some people cant afford a house and like myself lived in apartments for awhile but here at yardley its a house with beautiful back yard and I feel like im a home owner even tho its called "apartments houses" so if your looking for more space, quality, no noise above/below you this is the place for you! The rent is reasonable and they have promotion all the time..absolutely love it here.
