I have lived here for eight years and absolutely loved staying here! It gives quaint small community vibes . I felt very safe and at home the whole time. Kim, the property mgr is a gem and the best property I’ve ever had! Francisco and Natalia are also great and showed that my concerns were important and were always happy to help ! It’s a great place that felt like home for me for 8 years!

For one starting all over…this is a great apartment complex. It’s quiet, safe and kid/pet friendly! Never had any issues at all. The office staff and maintenance are great and take care of their residents.

This is a cozy little cute complex with great management. Any issue I have had maintenance fixed promptly. I have been here 4 years and my neighbors are awesome. This is definitely a nice place to call home.

Moving to a new place from out of state can be tough if you don't know the area your moving too. Once I found these apartments and inquired about them, I knew this was the place. After looking at about 3 other options these had everything I wanted. Price range, Location, clean property and units and also great customer service. Natalia helped me from the start and was very transparent and also made sure my first week and month was just like home. Submitting a ticket for maintenance was also... completed within a 24 hour period from the request. Just an all around great system and staff along with the community of people who live here. I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a nice relaxing environment that's right in the middle of everything you need! 2 thumbs up!

I had problems with my neighbors who are always loud and I have been dealing it for many months. I moved in May of 2021. They like to come in and out at all hours of the evening and night. I got tired of it and called the office and spoke with Natalia, who suggested to start calling the League City police after 10 p.m curfew and that after so many police reports they would evict them and later said they couldn’t do that after all. The neighbors and myself are not happy, so the manager, Kim,... offered another place to move to. Untimely, I’m getting inconvenienced due to the neighbors and also because the office could not do what they told me what to do. Also my hair straightener had been tripping the bathroom outlet for the last 3 weeks They fixed it the first few times, but not for the last week. I’m getting inconvenienced again because I have to move everything around the boxes because they refuse to fix it.
