Abode Living at 8th Avenue North

I lived here for 2 years and it’s been an amazing place to call home newly away from home the time I spent here. Simple, secure, quiet & cozy. The property size is what really locked me in. In addition, the units were newly renovated included a washer and dryer (super convenient). Every one keeps to themselves and the property stays very well kept as well as routine pest control. Given its sits right off of 6th street the community has quite a bit of events throughout the year. So, it’s also has... its perk with not having to park or fool with traffic. move in process was incredibly easy. The move in process was so incredibly seamless and easy. Kim the property manager made moving in and out stress free and on point with communication whether it’s a personal concern or informing/updating tenants on what’s happening. She’s always willing to answer all of my questions or concerns. I’ve had a few maintenance request forms put in for a few things that were urgently taken care of, either same day or next day depending on part/repair. Had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment manger, Kim, was always friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Anytime I had an issue or needed something fixed they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. The apartment themselves were clean when I moved in and I had just enough room for me and my dog. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

The place was not cleaned at all upon move in. I cleaned it and made it almost livable until the neighbors bed bugs forced me to trash a new mattress and move out. Management is as bad as the bugs and refused to return a dime of the deposit.
