Gramercy at Northline is a wonderful place to live! Great community, staff is always helpful & the apts are so modern! Also, conveniently located to stores & restaurants!

great experience so far. place is really nice, helpful staff, friendly neighbors, and great amenities. also a safe neighborhood with a lot of things to do nearby.

Positive:
new layout and appliances and nice place to live in a decent area.
Maintenance and leasing office are very responsive and they host little events to try to get people to have a sense of community.
Nice fitness center in clubhouse.
Negative:
hallways & elevators. This is a heavy traffic area so it should be done more often.
Valet trash pickup is nice in theory however, if it’s going to be forced as a mandatory option, it should be available seven days a week. Not being able to... throw trash away for 24 hours in a space that has 50 plus residence is unacceptable. It often smells. I feel sorry for anyone that lives near the trash deposit.
Parking can be a concern and many residence vehicles have been towed by accident. In addition, the parking spaces are very narrow.

We have been here for over a year now. The customer service of the office and maintenance crew, are both so very wonderful. It's almost hard to believe. I have never lived in a better community,than here at Gramercy. I feel like my family actually matter, and that our residents are at the forefront of the property management's thoughts at all times.
