It is very welcoming and i enjoy how neat and keep the apartments are. This is one of my first apartments and I really enjoy living here. Lots of nice things to do as well. My favorite is the sand volleyball

we absolutely love it here, my favorite part of it over all is the small prairie dogs that you get to see all around. everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

I’ve liked my experience I’ve been here for almost 4 years as I attended Texas tech. The office staff is always nice and maintenance is good with completing orders

I would recommend for more on-time maintenance work. We would request some maintenance help, but they would only arrive months after we reached out. Other than that over all is nice!
