Super excited to finally have someplace to call home. The area is ok and they are pet friendly. Buildings clean and maintenance is on point.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience working with JaJuan during our leasing process at The Sidney Mansfield. From our first call to the day we signed the lease she was incredibly patient and thorough. We had a lot of questions as first-time renters, and Jajuan took the time to explain every detail, making us feel completely at ease. This is a great community, very well kept. The staff is polite and professional. Kaylee is amazing and helps to assist us with any concerns.

My close bro & I applied to the Sydney. We were blown away at how reasonably priced they were. Our help was fully from Kaylee. Kaylee was incredibly persistent, kind, & VERY accommodating to things we wouldn't have known to be open for! Super grateful for our awaiting our approval, to for sure being moving into the Sydney! :)

Kaylee has made my over all experience better than terrific. Hands down the best customer service anyone could receive. I would give 10 stars if that was an option.
Thank you for everything! If you have to submit a work order for a repair at the apartment it will get completed the same day, which is super rare nowadays. Overall living here has been a great experience. The staff here are super friendly, and are always greeting you with a smile on their face.
